A project management firm is seeking a Construction Scheduler III in Los Angeles, CA, to support public works and capital projects. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of construction project management experience, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Teams and Power BI. Responsibilities include analyzing construction schedules, preparing detailed time schedules, and monitoring project progress. This is a full-time staff extension role with no H1B visa sponsorship provided.

Formación

• Minimum of 15 years working in the construction project management field.
• Ability to adapt to evolving procedures and work under pressure.
• Experience in drafting and editing status reports and meeting minutes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and review construction schedules and Time Impact Analysis reports.
• Prepare master and detailed time schedules for projects.
• Monitor project progress against a determined baseline.
