Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Services staff and activities.
• Manage construction inspection for projects including roadways, sewers, and water mains to ensure compliance with plans and city standards.
• Select consultants, assign inspectors, and coordinate daily activities.
• Review specifications and procedures; provide comments for corrections and improvements.
• Train inspectors on city standards and testing techniques.
• Respond to public inquiries and provide project updates as needed.
