Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Project Engineer I: 0–5 years land development or transportation experience.
• Project Engineer II: 5+ years experience; PE licensure in Ohio.
• Project Engineer III: 10+ years experience; supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and calculations for compliance.
• Provide project management and coordination for capital projects.
• Assist with construction inspection and contract administration.
• Coordinate with other departments and grant administration.
