Qualifications

• Three years of sub professional engineering or construction inspection experience.
• Ability to interpret city codes and engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Inspect public and private development projects for compliance with codes and plans.
• Communicate deficiencies to contractors and developers.
• Maintain inspection records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and schedule inspections.
• Perform QA/QC duties for Public Works services.
