Job summary

F5 is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead technical efforts in sales regions, driving the right F5 solutions for customers and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The SA evangelizes the technology, educates teams, and helps customers translate complex concepts into actionable outcomes.

You will engage in technical demonstrations, develop whitepapers, blogs and trainings, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related industry experience.
• 5+ years of presales role.
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications a plus.
• Deep knowledge of F5 Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work on strategic opportunities within the assigned region and provide technical expertise.
• Evaluate trade-offs between alternatives from technical and business perspectives.
• Act as an evangelist and thought leader in your area of technical specialization.
• Learn adjacent technologies to extend core knowledge.
• Collaborate with other solution architects and internal leaders to share ideas and identify customer pain points and trends.
• Coordinate with product management and services teams for launches and updates beneficial for customers.
• Provide mentorship to the Solution Engineering community.
