Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a highly experienced Program/Project Manager to join our Government Projects team. You will lead the execution, delivery, and technical consulting of complex government technology programs within government environments.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting to ensure mission success. This role requires 15+ years in technology program management and a deep understanding of regulated frameworks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology program management, IT operations, infrastructure delivery, or government mission support.
• Experience managing portfolios of $50M+ in government technology programs.
• Experience in highly regulated/classified environments with government security frameworks and accreditation processes.
• Ability to build metrics, KPI dashboards, and reporting systems for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of critical government technology initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure mission success.
• Deliver complex, high-profile programs on time and within budget.
• Develop program plans, milestones, and basis of estimates from inception through delivery.
• Design KPI dashboards and reporting to support executive decision-making.
