Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years of college in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; 1–3 years in billing, accounting, payroll or related field would be expected.
• Experience with payroll systems, garnishments, reconciliations, and reporting is preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and internal controls, plus strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing, including data verification, audits, and corrections to ensure timely and accurate pay.
• Handle garnishments, terminations/separations, and retirements with precision and confidentiality.
• Support payroll-related reconciliations and reporting; maintain audit-ready documentation.
