Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required and five years of related experience.
• Experience with payroll, compliance reporting, and data validation.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms and data security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reporting team with daily guidance and workflow coordination.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate distribution.
• Validate data loads in Oracle and perform testing for updates.
• Reconcile deductions and prepare tax deposits in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and refine payroll procedures and implement regulatory updates.
• Analyze tax codes and labor laws related to payroll and assist with audits.
• Provide guidance on complex payroll issues and handle inquiries.
• Perform month-end payroll reconciliations and year-end tax document prep.
• Liaise with vendors, state agencies, and regulators for reporting compliance.
• Support production of payroll and compensation reports for leadership.
