Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Contracts Negotiator/Corporate Counsel (Public Sector) to lead complex outbound transactions and advise the Public Sector business across U.S. State, Local, and Higher Education markets.

You will partner with Sales, Deals Desk, Finance, Security, and Product to navigate procurement regulations and protect RingCentral’s interests in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will draft and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and channel agreements, while shaping playbooks and

Qualifications

• Experience with public sector procurement frameworks (SLED and/or Federal).
• Ability to negotiate complex public sector contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs).
• Experience with government contract vehicles, data privacy/BAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end public sector deal execution and negotiation for SLED and Federal programs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, master agreements, and channel agreements.
• Train teams on government contracting standards and public procurement nuances.
