RingCentral is seeking a practical Senior Contracts Negotiator/Corporate Counsel (Public Sector) to lead high-value outbound transactions for US State, Local, Higher Education, as well as channel partners. You will work with Sales, Deals Desk, Finance, and Product to navigate regulations and protect RingCentral’s interests in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
• 3+ years in U.S. Public Sector contracting in SaaS/enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for RingCentral's North American public sector sales program and transactions.
• Develop and optimize forms, playbooks, SOPs and public sector deal templates.
• Track evolving public sector policies, regulations, and trends.
• Draft and negotiate complex public sector agreements (SaaS, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, channel and reseller agreements).
• Lead end-to-end deal structuring for SLED transactions.
