Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Contracts Negotiator/Corporate Counsel (Public Sector) to lead government deal execution and complex negotiations for North American public sector sales and transactions.

You will draft and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and related agreements, while refining playbooks and training teams on federal/state procurement nuances. Strong CLM/AI tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; CFCM or CPCM a plus.
• 5+ years drafting/negotiating complex contracts; 3+ years in U.S. Public Sector SaaS/tech.
• Experience with state/federal procurement and public sector compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead public sector deal execution and negotiation for North American programs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS and government contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs).
• Improve playbooks, SOPs, and templates; train teams on procurement nuances.
