Job summary

RingCentral seeks a Senior Contracts Negotiator/Corporate Counsel (Public Sector) to lead complex transactions across US SLED markets and partners. You will shape governance, draft and negotiate key agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate public sector sales in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will work with Sales, Deals Desk, Security, and Product, ensuring compliance with procurement standards while leveraging CLM and AI tools to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• 3+ years US Public Sector (SLED/Federal) contracting in SaaS or tech.
• Experience with government procurement frameworks and addenda.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex public sector negotiations for North American sales.
• Draft review and negotiate SaaS, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and channel agreements.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs and templates to scale public sector deals.
