Qualifications

• 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing capital improvement, public sector, institutional, or civic projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, engineers, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-schedule delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Provide leadership and oversight to project teams to promote accountability and high performance.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, project staff, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk issues.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, labor planning, and overall financial performance.
