Job summary

STV Inc's Construction Management group in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of capital improvement projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires strong financial acumen, collaborative leadership, and ability to manage complex projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and field personnel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing capital improvement, public sector, institutional, or civic projects.
• Owner's Representative or Construction Management experience preferred.
• Experience working in a judicial setting.
• Strong budget, cost, forecasting, scheduling, and financial management experience.
• Experience managing projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong project controls, contract administration, procurement, and risk management knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and construction management software.
