Qualifications

• 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, engineers, consultants and contractors.

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a Construction Management group in Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of capital improvement projects while ensuring successful outcomes related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong financial acumen, operational oversight, and the ability to manage complex construction projects from initiation through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Provide leadership and oversight to project teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, project staff, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing issues related to scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the Judicial Council of California (JCC) or other state agencies.
