Job summary

Internetwork Expert in San Antonio, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, developer-led capital projects advancing public objectives. You will coordinate planning, design, entitlement, procurement, construction, and closeout for major urban developments, working with public agencies, developers, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years managing complex architectural, engineering, and construction projects.
• Experience as an owner’s representative, advisor, program manager, or project executive on large capital projects.
• Experience with public assembly venues, sports/entertainment districts, or complex public-private projects.
• Strong writing, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through completion, aligning with municipal goals, budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Review developer submissions, including plans, design documents, estimates, and schedules.
• Evaluate compliance with agreements, design standards, and regulations across departments.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, permitting, and construction progress; advise on value engineering and risk mitigation.
• Support negotiation and administration of development, design, construction, and PPP agreements.
• Represent municipal interests during design reviews, progress meetings, inspections, and closeout; prepare briefing materials.
