Job summary
FastTek Global is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for our Lansing, Michigan operations to support the Department of Natural Resources projects. You will serve as the key liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders, facilitating elicitation, documenting requirements, and modeling processes to shape enhancements for a public burn permits application.
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in public-sector IT projects, strong communication, and a proven ability to navigate complex
Qualifications
- 7+ years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation with documentation including process modeling
- 5+ years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects
- 2+ years working with senior management to facilitate strategy, road maps and consensus
- 2+ years working on IT solutions for public use
Responsibilities
- Liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders for DNR and related work
- Provide expert facilitation, elicitation, and process modeling to develop strategy and requirements for enhancements
- Support DTMB Agency Services BA team and contribute to operational activities for DNR
- Champion customer service and foster agency compliance with DTMB policies
