Job summary

FastTek Global in Lansing, Michigan seeks a seasoned Business Analyst 5 to support the EGLE Agency via process modeling, elicitation, and requirements development. This role collaborates with DTMB and senior stakeholders to shape strategy and roadmaps for IT enhancements and related work requests.

Applicants should bring extensive experience in agile environments, strong customer service, and a proven ability to navigate state/federal regulations while delivering results for public-facing IT

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation to include process modeling.
• Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s)
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions
• Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use
• Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance to statement of work and/or other work agreements/contracts
• Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders and facilitate elicitation.
• Model business processes to help develop strategy and requirements for projects.
• Support EGLE projects and contribute to the operational BA team activities.
• Prioritize customer service and help ensure agency compliance with DTMB policies.
