Zusammenfassung

NYS Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) seeks an APP Dev Lead to oversee the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) development for the Child Support workstream. You will guide agile teams, streamline processes, and ensure data accuracy while complying with evolving regulations.

You will lead technical delivery, manage scope and deadlines, and coordinate with multiple agencies to meet critical goals. Albany or Manhattan location; on-site collaboration and supervision are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years of experience in application development using Java, C#, and .NET.
• Five+ years leading projects from a technical perspective that leverage agile methodology, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud engineering.
• Experience supervising and managing technical teams delivering high quality products with a large customer base.
• Degrees may substitute for the general experience as follows: Bachelor's +3 yrs; Master's substitutes for +1 year; Doctorate substitutes for +2 years.

• Direct and coordinate diverse agile development teams (Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, Testers).
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders, including multiple agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Oversee SDLC from requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Mitigate risks and resolve complex issues during integration and modernization.
• Champion project vision and alignment with strategic goals.
• Perform a full range of supervisory duties.
