Job summary

The IES App Dev Lead will direct and oversee application development for the Integrated Eligibility System's Child Support workstream within the New York State Office of Information Technology Services. The role involves leading diverse agile development teams, managing project scope and timelines, overseeing the full software development lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

This is a full-time temporary position based in Albany or New York City.

Qualifications

• Eight years of application development experience with Java, C#, and .NET frameworks.
• Five years leading technical projects using agile methodology, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud engineering.
• Experience supervising and managing technical teams delivering high-quality products.
• Strong hands-on background in application development lifecycle with deep technical skills across system architectures.
