Booker DiMaio is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Baltimore County Office of Information Technology, focusing on Public Safety systems and business process improvements.

The initial assignment will replace Baltimore County's Jail Management System. The analyst will translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and support successful system implementation within a hybrid work model (60% onsite, 40% remote).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant analysis experience.
• Public safety system implementations and post-production support experience.
• Experience with government agencies or public-sector organizations.
• Knowledge of information systems planning, development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams.
• Ability to protect sensitive information.
