Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a customer-facing Project/Program Manager to lead multi-site deployments of public safety tech. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure an ecosystem delivery that meets scope, schedule and budgets.

Role requires 4+ years PM experience, knowledge of Body-Worn Cameras and DEMS, and familiarity with AI-assisted software. Travel 50-75% and PMP certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of project/program management experience.
• Customer-facing PM experience.
• Understanding of Body-Worn Camera workflows and Digital Evidence Management Systems (DEMS).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software (transcription, object detection, or NLP).
• Able to present complex ecosystem strategies to Police Chiefs, City Councils, and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, delivering contractual scope on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Product for a cohesive 'one-ecosystem' delivery.
• Guide agencies through transitions from separate devices to converged platforms; manage cloud migrations and hardware refresh cycles.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure margins.
• Travel 50%-75% as required.
