Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex Command Center deployment programs for public safety customers. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

The role supports remote work within the United States, with heavy travel up to 75%. A background clearance is required, and PMP is preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Public Safety and Project Management experience.
• Ability to obtain a government background clearance.
• Experience leading large, complex deployments and software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Leads large programs or portions of very complex programs up to $10M.
• Directs and coordinates work activities of project teams.
• Communicates with key customer stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Manages project scope, plans, budgets, and metrics from inception to completion.
