The role requires 5+ years in public safety project delivery, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75%. A government clearance readiness and PMP-leaning skillset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Public Safety and Project Management experience.
• Ability to obtain background clearance for government customers.
• Willingness to travel 75%.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads large programs or portions of very complex programs up to $10M.
• Directs and coordinates project teams.
• Manages scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Interfaces with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Proactively identifies risks and mitigates them.
• Manages vendor relationships as needed.
