Qualifications

• Five+ years in public policy or government affairs.
• Industry experience in food & beverage or retail preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, or local policy processes and regulators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated policy strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Monitor and analyze legislative/regulatory developments impacting business operations.
• Provide clear insights and decision-ready materials for leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade associations, coalitions, and external advisors.
• Coordinate with partners to gather insights and advocate for policy priorities.
• Prepare advocacy materials: executive briefings, policy memos, talking points, testimony, letters.
