Starbucks is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead government affairs engagement with policymakers and community stakeholders. You will coordinate across federal, state, and local levels, translate policy developments into concise summaries, and lead event planning and external engagements.

As manager, stakeholder engagement, you will manage key workstreams that support Starbucks government affairs engagement with policymakers, public officials and community stakeholders. You will bring public policy and government affairs acumen to drive project tracking, legislative reporting, leadership materials, events, and stakeholder experiences. You will keep priority initiatives organized, on track, and aligned with business and policy priorities. This role is ideal for someone who can manage complex details and work across teams to help Starbucks show up as a trusted and constructive voice in external engagement.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred in political science, public policy, communications, business, or a related field.
