Qualifications

• Three+ years in government affairs or related roles.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, trackers, and leadership updates.
• Experience planning events, sponsorships, or external engagements with logistics and follow-up.
• Strong writing and editing for external-facing materials.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Self-starter with good judgment and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate priority stakeholder engagement initiatives across federal, state, and local levels.
• Drive coordination across internal partners, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Manage legislative reporting by monitoring activity and creating clear summaries.
• Draft and coordinate briefings, background materials, talking points, and meeting prep materials.
• Translate policy activity into clear, decision-ready summaries.
• Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and external engagement opportunities with logistics and tracking.
• Establish repeatable processes, templates, and tools; identify risks and dependencies.
