Job summary

City of New York’s Office of Technology and Innovation is hiring a Senior Product Management Fellow for an 18-month public service rotation in Brooklyn, NY. The role emphasizes shaping, shipping, and launching resident-facing products end-to-end with designers, engineers, researchers, policy teams, and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics or related field and six years of full-time experience in enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture and/or IT infrastructure or ten years in lieu of the six.
• Equivalent education/experience to meet the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident-facing products end-to-end from problem framing to public launch.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, policy teams and city employees.
• Define product briefs, decision memos and post-launch retrospectives.
