Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship applications from concept to launch end-to-end.
• Lead collaborations with product, design, data, and policy teams.
• Integrate with government data sources, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Document architecture, runbooks, and standards for maintenance after launch.
• Guide engineering culture, code reviews, and onboarding for future hires.
• Ensure production readiness, security reviews, and accessibility audits.
