Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Irvine, CA is seeking a Construction Manager IV to lead municipal public works and infrastructure projects. You will own performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety, and manage client relationships with city staff and agencies.

The role requires a California PE license or CCM and at least 15 years of construction management on public projects, with onsite client site expectations and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional licensure (PE or CCM).
• Minimum 15 years of construction management on municipal/public infrastructure.
• Experience supervising project teams and multidisciplinary groups.
• Proven track record managing municipal roadway/street projects and public facilities.

Responsibilities

• Owns project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Leads project teams and provides direction and quality review of deliverables.
• Manages city/client relationships and coordinates with agencies and directors.
• Oversees construction administration activities: RFIs, submittals, pay apps, changes, schedules.
• Monitors contractor performance, staffing, equipment use, and payments.
• Prepares daily inspection reports and project documentation per client requirements.
• Ensures compliance with safety and public agency standards and communicates risks.
