Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• CA PE license is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in civil/municipal engineering.
• Municipal, roadway, or sewer experience required.
• Experience with an engineering consulting firm is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple municipal projects and manage clients.
• Lead design teams and deliver capital infrastructure plans and specs.
• Develop technical proposals and fee estimates for opportunities with key clients.
• Manage full PM cycle for small to mid-sized projects.
• Coordinate work across engineers and with marketing/technical leadership.
• Monitor financials to keep projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Drive negotiations to resolve contract issues and support pursuits.
