Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. in Atlanta seeks a senior leader to drive transformations for the CDC in the Federal Health Advisory practice. You will grow the book of business, build trusted client relationships, and lead dynamic multi-contract programs from strategy through delivery.

You will oversee development and delivery of contracts, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor teams. Strong executive communication and public health domain expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in public health, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 12+ years total experience including industry or consulting, with federal/public sector exposure.
• 10+ years experience supporting public/federal health agencies.
• Strong CDC/HHS relationships or proven ability to build them.
• Proven track record in leading large multi-disciplinary teams and new-business pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and ensure contractual deliverables meet requirements.
• Grow the practice by pursuing $7M+ in annual new business for the firm.
• Provide direct line management, mentoring, and career development for staff.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and high-quality project delivery.
• Shape team culture and strategic direction across engagements.
