Job summary

Impellam Group is seeking a Senior Public Engagement Manager to lead strategic outreach for customer delivery projects in coastal Florida. This field role involves coordinating with government, community relations teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective engagement in substations and undergrounding projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience or a high school diploma plus seven years.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and five (5) years minimum of related work experience or a high school diploma/GED with seven (7) years of related work experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a strategic engagement plan.
Coordinate external communications to property owners and stakeholders.
Inform internal stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in project team meetings and field reviews.
Determine public engagement strategy with local Government & Community Relations Managers.
Organize external communications with internal departments and vendors.
Monitor inquiries and manage responses and documentation.
Lead in planning and running public information meetings.
