Responsibilities

• Appear in court to provide effective representation for indigent clients in problem-solving courts or civil actions.
• Review case facts and evidence, engage in pretrial motions, and defend depositions.
• Interview clients, consult with experts, negotiate dispositions, and litigate to court or jury.
• Maintain confidentiality and regularly update clients and families on progress.
• Coordinate with paralegals and social workers in multi-disciplinary strategies.
