Job summary

3i in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial and public-sector construction from preconstruction handoff through closeout. You will own project success while collaborating with owners, architects, and field teams, protecting schedules and client relationships in a safety-first culture.

The role requires 7+ years in construction management, OSHA 30, Procore PM license, and proficiency with Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

7+ years of construction management experience on commercial or public-sector projects.
OSHA 30 certification and Procore Project Management License.
Experience managing K-12, municipal, government, or airport projects.
Strong proficiency with Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to interpret drawings and administer complex contracts with public/bond compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day coordination with project owners, architects, and field teams.
Drive project planning, startup, and procurement strategies while tracking schedules.
Oversee budgets, GMPs, cost-loaded schedules, payments, and change orders.
Enforce project controls and public-sector compliance within Procore.
Direct final closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, and warranty turnover.
