Job summary

3i seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead commercial and public-sector field operations in Dallas, with up to 10% travel. You will own daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality from mobilization through closeout.

As the primary field leader, you will collaborate with the Project Manager, enforce OSHA 30 safety standards, and leverage Procore and Bluebeam for field documentation, planning, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience with supervisory or superintendent duties.
• Active OSHA 30 Certification and Procore Project Management License.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency for field documentation and plan review.
• Experience managing multi-trade sequencing and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site construction activities and supervise field personnel and trade partners.
• Manage mobilization, access, laydown, security, SWPPP, and site logistics.
• Enforce a safety-first culture with daily safety briefings and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to create baseline plans and manage weekly look-ahead schedules.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain audit-ready daily reports.
• Coordinate punch lists, utility transfers, and turnover documentation through closeout.
