Job summary

3i, a general contractor and construction management firm, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout in Dallas, TX. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading teams, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and ensuring timely communication of project status and risks.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Procore project management software proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong understanding of contracts, project controls, and documenting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Represent 3i with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and direct field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and other coordination meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure project activities progress according to schedule and budget.
