Job summary

3i is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead commercial and public-sector construction projects in Dallas from preconstruction through closeout.

You will own planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, documentation, safety coordination, quality, and stakeholder communication, with autonomy to protect client relationships and project profitability. You will manage budgets, GMPs, change orders, and procurement while coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors

Qualifications

9+ years of relevant construction experience as a Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, or Leadership role within commercial construction
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
PMP Certification preferred or equivalent credentials
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams; lead OAC and coordination meetings
Set clear expectations, coordinate field and office teams, remove obstacles, and hold team members accountable
Communicate project status, decisions, milestones, risks, and recommended actions accurately and promptly
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and safety compliance
Ensure documentation controls and audit-ready records using Procore or equivalent
