Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a PT Leader-2 to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and deliver premier Dynamic Personal Training experiences.

You will coach, onboard new teammates, and drive client production while aligning with Life Time Training brand and philosophy across the club floor. You will be responsible for team development, coaching live sessions, and ensuring member satisfaction while supporting club leadership in sales and connectivity processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer status required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching abilities.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by managing your own book of business through Dynamic Personal Training.
• Oversees quality and consistency of services and on-floor experience for the team.
• Develops strategies to ensure productivity goals are met and leads department-wide meetings.
• Gens rates new clients and refers them to appropriate trainers based on needs.
• Promotes and leads execution of Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Completes scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for programs and classes.
