RTI Health Solutions, a unit of RTI International, seeks a Senior Psychometrician to join the Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment team. The role combines strategic leadership with technical psychometrics to guide analyses and regulatory strategies for clinical outcome assessments.

You will design, implement and interpret advanced analyses, communicate results to clients, and contribute to proposals and business development within a collaborative research environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in quantitative psychology, statistics, biostatistics or related field with extensive experience.
• PhD plus experience preferred; strong regulatory submission background.
• Expertise in psychometric methods and clinical outcome assessments for regulatory review.
• Experience with SAS and/or R; latent variable modeling; Rasch/IRT methods.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic scientific leadership on psychometric and outcomes research programs.
• Design and conduct classical and modern psychometric analyses; support regulatory interactions.
• Communicate results clearly to clients; produce analysis plans and reports.
• Lead proposals, thought leadership, and business development for the PCOA practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage independent work as a leader.
