Job summary

RTI Health Solutions in the US is seeking a Senior Psychometrician to join the Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment (PCOA) team. You will lead psychometric analyses and guide study design, regulatory interactions, and evidence interpretation for clinical outcome assessments.

The role demands expertise in SAS/R, advanced psychometrics, and strong communication with clients; you will develop analysis plans, reports, and contribute to proposals and business development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with extensive psychometrics experience for regulatory review.
• Experience developing psychometric analysis plans and reports.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or R programming with latent variable methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on psychometric programs, study design, and regulatory strategy.
• Design and conduct classical and modern psychometric analyses and reporting.
• Communicate results clearly to clients within deadlines.
• Produce analysis plans, technical reports, and manuscripts.
• Lead proposals and contribute to method development and growth of the PCOA practice.
