Job summary

RTI Health Solutions (RTI-HS) is seeking a Senior Psychometrician to lead psychometric and outcomes research for PC OA. You will design, oversee, and interpret classical and modern analyses, ensuring regulatory acceptance of clinical outcome assessments.

You will communicate results to clients, produce analysis plans and reports, and contribute to proposals and business development to grow the PCOA practice. This role requires substantial expertise and independent leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD with extensive psychometrics experience.
• Experience preparing psychometric analysis plans and reports for regulatory review.
• Strong programming and modeling software expertise (SAS, R, Mplus).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic scientific leadership on psychometric programs and regulatory strategy.
• Design and oversee classical and modern psychometric analyses and modeling.
• Communicate results clearly to clients within deadlines and lead proposals.
• Contribute to thought leadership and business development for the PCOA practice.
