RTI Health Solutions in the United States seeks an Associate Director to lead statistical research in biostatistics with a focus on patient-reported outcomes in clinical trials and real-world data. You will design analysis plans, oversee analyses, mentor staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.

You will guide SAS-based analyses, ensure regulatory compliance (GCP) and QA, and contribute to the scientific reputation of the biostatistics group.

Competenze

• Master's degree or PhD with equivalent experience in biostatistics or quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of experience (or 1 year with PhD) in biostatistics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAS with experience building reproducible analysis pipelines.
• Experience analyzing patient-reported outcome data in clinical trials and relating to estimand framework.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, QA principles, and regulatory environments.

Mansioni

• Plan, conduct, and document statistical analyses for trials and observational studies, with emphasis on PRO data.
• Develop and contribute to SAPs; write statistical sections of reports, protocols, and proposals.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of analyses and programming outputs.
• Provide statistical solutions to cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Learn and apply new statistical methods; contribute to scientific reputation and external presentations.
