Job summary

RTI Health Solutions in the United States seeks an Associate Director to join the Biostatistics team. The role focuses on planning and analyzing patient-reported outcomes and other clinical outcome measures in trials and real-world data, with leadership on analysis plans and proposals.

You will lead the development of SAPs, oversee analyses, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics or related quantitative discipline required.
• Demonstrated programming experience in SAS with reproducible analysis pipelines.
• Experience analyzing patient-reported outcome data in clinical trials.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document statistical analyses for clinical trials and observational studies.
• Develop SAPs and contribute to more complex SAPs under supervision.
• Write statistical sections of study reports, protocols, and proposals.
• Provide statistical solutions to internal cross-functional project teams and mentor staff.
