- 10+ years of professional experience in Healthcare or COA consulting with a focus on psychometrics.
- Hands-on experience conducting psychometric analyses for COA instruments in clinical trial settings.
- Demonstrated experience applying psychometric methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead psychometric workstreams within COA consulting engagements.
- Provide methodological leadership across psychometric and quantitative analyses for PRO and COA projects.
- Collaborate with COA leaders and consulting teams to support business development.
