Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of work experience required.
• At least three (3) years direct care experience required.
• At least three (3) years psychiatric patient experience preferred.
• At least three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As team lead, coordinates PNAs, assists patients with activities of daily living, hygiene and eating to promote independence.
• Promotes a positive workplace, shares information to ensure PNAs understand their roles in patient care.
• Participates in recovery/admissions teams, communicates progress toward individualized recovery goals.
• Uses basic computer skills to record patient information in electronic records and reports.
• Precepts new staff and provides guidance to PNAs on patient care and safety.
