Job summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a Psychiatric Nursing Assistant IV Team Lead for Wichita Falls State Hospital. You will supervise PNAs, coordinate tasks, assist patients with daily living activities, and support the implementation of individualized recovery plans under the guidance of a licensed nurse.

Four years of work experience are required; three years of direct psychiatric care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four years of work experience required.
• At least three years Psychiatric patient experience preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead PNAs, coordinate assignments and duties.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and self-care.
• Support recovery plans and communicate patient progress to RN.
