Qualifications

• Four years of work experience required.
• At least three (3) years direct care experience preferred.
• CPR certification within first 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and may work a rotating schedule; performs duties as assigned.
• As team lead, coordinates PNAs, assists patients with daily living activities, and supports recovery plans.
• Communicates with team members to promote a positive workplace and shares information about patient progress.
