Qualifications

• Four years of work experience required.
• At least three years direct care experience required.
• At least three years Psychiatric patient experience preferred.
• At least three years supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate assignments for PNAs and supervise daily living activities for patients.
• Lead recovery team discussions and communicate progress to RN.
• Provide guidance during shift changes and incident reporting.
• Support safety, de-escalation, and crisis interventions as needed.
• Precept and train new staff; monitor patient care within competency.
