Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Psychiatric Nursing Assistant IV Team Lead to supervise PNAs, coordinate daily living activities, and support recovery plans in an inpatient psychiatric setting at San Antonio State Hospital. Requires minimum four years of work experience and preferred direct care leadership.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, validating progress, and ensuring safety. Occasional overtime and shift variations may apply; telework is not available.

Qualificações

• Four years of work experience required.
• At least three years direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to train others.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate PNAs assignments and supervise patient activities of daily living.
• Support recovery plans and assist patients toward individualized goals.
• Use therapeutic communication and document patient progress.
• Serve as lead worker and provide guidance to PNAs and shift staff.
• Promote safety and participate in recovery/admissions teams.
